There's no official one unless you have a windows mobile 7 phone. Shame they don't release one for Android and iOS as it'd be good PR and good for users.

I use an app called 360live - cost £1.59 I think. It's very good but it's a bit slow (apparently that's to do with MS's APIs).
You can use it for messaging though.

Just installed this as well, looks good but is a bit slowish.
