I would imagine a lot of PS3 users have more than one account, personally I have 5 and that's not including accounts in other territories.

Hmmm, seems very dodgy to me. A piece of crumpled paper with "Exhibit B" on it, no other heading or footer to it, no appendix heading?? Add to that the word countries is spelt incorrectly ("Playstation Network Countires .....") & I seriously doubt the validity of this so called communique
