I got infamous but when i clicked little big planet it came up with download in background so i clicked it and then got a error message now it's dissapeared and is'nt on my download section or previous downloads anywhere and the welcome back option has now gone as i selected 2 games :/ so now i've got to get intouch with sony

Look's like loads of people have had the same problem but some of them did'nt even get 1 free game

I read on the ps forum to try this
Go into services list on account managment ( I think its under transaction history) look for the SCE offer one and click on it, it should say redeem or something similar go onto that and it will bring up the games. and it does work :D
Also someone said if you have more then 1 accounts made before 21st of april you can keep downloading 2 game's.

i have my gf's account and my mate's as he does'nt have a ps3 just lend's mine sometimes so just gotta get them to reset there passwords :D

I can't get the passwords changed to the other 2 accounts as when i go to sign in with them it send an e-mail with a link to change them but my mate and gf can't change them as the part of the site for changing the passwords is down :(

you can aslong as you keep both accounts on the same console
Got so many errors when accessing the PS Store, it was a huge chore trying to get the games downloaded, error after error, then I had to do what DD666 said & go through account management to get them back, I managed in the end, now I will have to leave my PS3 on through the night to finish.

downloading zombie nations now with no issue's, can't decide on my other game. if anyone fancies playing it co-op let me know, i hate zombies
just been on to download and kept getting errors. Downloading ratchet and clank for my lad, clicked on infamous and got an error. pressed circle to go back and now it's gone, welcome pack and all :(. Did a search for infamous but it says i am not allowed to access it on my account. Well this has worked well! On the upside I am downloading burnout paradise for free off plus.

i share your pain gav, i downloaded dead nation & thought i would go back later 2 get my 2nd game but i was wrong as all the games have gone and all thats left is 30 d ys ps+. come on sony u r turning yourselves into a laughing stock, get it sorted
Surely someone at sony must of noticed this, they must of tested it. also what did they expect, over 70 million people downloading and i bet half of them do what we did. Also many won't want to download 5gb worth of downloads as they will be restricted have limits set by their internet provider. Maybe the IP's are prepared and will allow people to exceed they download limits. doubt it!

This whole saga has been a real test of perserverance I just wonder how many people have lost faith in Sony and jumped ship and also how much the true cost to Sony. What a bloody debacle 8(
Well I have just jumped on and it has let me download dead nation and ratchet and clank no problems at all
You just need some patience and keep going back once and retrying to get past te errors. I can finally redeem my codes hallelujah

Well, I downloaded Ratchet and clank plus Wipeout HD from my UK account, and inFamous and Super Stardust from my US account last night. No problems at all in downloading them. Going to have a look at my Hong Kong account later and see what I can get there.
Haven't bothered with the PSN+ though. Don't like the idea of having free stuff for a month and then losing access to it.

For those who have lost their free games not all is lost, as deaddoll eluded to earlier just follow these simple instructions:
1.Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List
2.Choose “PlayStation Network Promotions” from the list of services displayed
3.Select either “PS3 Free Games” or “PSP Free Games” and then choose “Select Content”
4.You will be taken to the store to choose your remaining free games.

Yeah had to do that last night and then this morning after giving up. Have lbp and infamous plus modnation for the PSP. Not sure on the second game.
I'm getting the is plus stuff since I won't be playing the free games for more than a month anyway. Plus it might still work on the PSP?
Downloaded Dead Nation & Wipeout HD on my main account & have downloaded LBP & inFAMOUS on my second account (Own both on disc already but can't say no to free games & it's convenient having them on the HDD), I have Ratchet & Clank already so now I have all the game from the welcome pack :)
Checked my PSP this morning but nothing shows up about the welcome pack on there that I can see, but I'm not really bothered about those.

I tried to reactivate 5 accounts today and an e-mail was sent for changing the password to e-mail addresses I know longer have access too but which I am trying to get access too as one of them's my master account.
anyone else getting an error code when trying to get onto playstation store, its not the internet as i can play online np, setup rooms etc
Just keep trying m8 you will get there is just busy

I found I would get an error & then press on it a couple more times and it was sorted

I must say I would highly recommend Dead Nation if anyone is still undecided what to get and you can play it co-op which adds to the fun :)

I've got everything form the uk store apart from LBP, and I've also got StarDust from the US store. I've seriously got no room left for anything now. I was going to download Paradise City from PSN+ but I have no room for it.
Going to have to try and save for that new Hard drive!
