"Ethernet cable has been removed"

Been getting this message on/off for the last month or two, especially when playing Fifa'11 online, if I'm honest I don't recall it happening on any other title. What could be causing this?

As soon as it disconnects, it signs back in within seconds but I have been signed out of the EA servers etc..

I don't have fifa but I believe this is because the EA servers are crap?

I use to get it on FIFA 09, when I looked into it, it was my router that was having the problem, it could be something to do with your NAT setting fella, I can't 100% remember tho and I'm on the 360 so try your router

How would I go about altering my router settings?

I thought this problem was the other team player disconnecting to stop the result recording on your profile.
