Well the leaked images turned out to be fake, the design looks like a sexy router and I like to be honest, it will grow on us and design in general will go that way I think.

I really like the look of this console. Different colour schemes would be welcomed. Maybe after 2-3 years I'll be able to afford to buy one, by which time I would hope the console also contains many more exclusive games.

I like it. The look of the console never really bothers me. It’s more what games it has.
Definitely going to be a tall console. Only thing I didn’t like the look of is when it’s laid flat. OCD nightmare lol
I love the look of the digital version but would get the disk drive version as I can’t see myself going all digital.

Not impressed by the design but I've never been overly bothered by what they look like, it's whether they do the job properly that matters for me. And I hope to god a completely redesigned home screen cos that current PS4 one is utter shite.

I’ve had my ps5 and Xbox pre-ordered since the start of the year. Shopto.net did this sign up where you sign up but it puts you in a pre-order position.
So once they release the price and launch date. I’ll get a email asking if I want to keep my pre-order.

When it’s stacked under the tele you will not be able to tell the difference surely?

I guess the design is about the internals as much as anything..

I was thinking along those lines when I looked at it as there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to position it horizontally; same with the XSX too by the look of it. Neither would fit on my dedicated console tower which currently holds a PS4, XB1X & Xbox 360 all horizontally.

I would say lots of people will be redesigning their layouts next gen because of that.

Watched a video of a guy taking one apart and it does look big, will need to do a bit of re-arranging and not sure if it's going to go horizontally or vertically.

Having checked it out a bit the PS5 (and the new Xbox) can both be horizontal as well as the promotional only display of vertical; so that will be OK then.
