Xbox Series S/X - Anyone get one?

So after a succesful launch including the tradional Xbox Live outage  the Series S/X has launched, I'm waiting on new stock myself but did anyone get one?

I got one. Really loving it so far.
Super fast and quick resume is amazing. I forgot about it and load up my xbox from cold boot,into assassins creed Valhalla and it took me by surprise that I was stood where I had left it the night before.
Looking forward to next week to see what the ps5 is like.

Did you get the Series X? My TV/HomeCinema would need a full upgrade to see the full benefit so I'm going for a Series S for now if I can find one of course!

I've been seeing a lot of good feedback about the loading times/boot times, 1 article reckoned we'd save 20 days this generation in regained loading times.

Yeah I got the series x. I’ve heard really positive things about the series s.
I know shopto.net are expecting more stock in 23rd November for the series X (my nephew got a email today saying he’s been allocated one as he missed out on day 1) so if you register a pre-order on there for a S you might get one. Also heard Game are getting more stock in for the 18th December

I forgot about Shopto, Ive added them to my daily checklist thanks Unfortunately it wont even let me register interest for the S.

They might be just doing. Previously pre-ordered consoles first.
Keep checking this daily. I’ve found a couple of friends Series S consoles using this with random restocks

Not got one yet but will get a Series X as and when it becomes available but will almost definately be the last console I get from MS (as will the PS5 be from Sony).

Very had some Series S but you had to buy an extra controller  Just waiting now I think no rush.

I got a Series S in the end, I'm very happy 

If you are fully 4k ready, then the Series X is the one to get. Its a very powerful console. As my TV (and Surround Sound) really needs upgrading to 4k I went with the Series S.

I also got Gamepass Ultimate - I loaded my Xbox Live to run for 3 years (about £80), and then used the 'Gamepass for a £1' option so I have full service inc EA Play until 2024

The only niggle so far was as it doesn't have a disc drive I had to buy a couple of games digitally but I got them on sale so not too bad. I did also buy a 1tb SSD to put games on.

Overall, yeah I'm pleased though Id imagine in a couple of years I'll do a full 4k upgrade but this is fine for now.

DD gave me that link, I set up alerts on my phone and email and Amazon came through for me. Even delivered it a week early!

I saw a message on another forum that Argos do have stock but its store by store, maybe give a few a call?
