Safety and accuracy: this is a planning prototype. The frame layout and cut lists are not yet structurally verified or fully optimised for stock lengths. Confirm TV support, wall substrate and anchors, fireplace clearances/ventilation and electrical work against the relevant manufacturers' instructions and UK requirements before building.
